Our water heater started leaking late last night and J Rowe Plumbing not only answered my after hours call but got a replacement scheduled for a Saturday morning. Myles & Jesse did a great job of installing a new water heater getting us back to normal. Thank you!

Myles and crew did a great job, but evidently nature took over a dozen months later. Myles came, uncovered the issue and boxed the valve to grade. We were both surprised at what happened, but he got it done right. Thanks, Myles!

We used J Rowe recently when our newly purchased house had it's pipes freeze, break and leak while we were on the road moving from another state. We had been driving for over 3 full days and received pictures (from a friend who was checking on it for us) of a huge hole in our kitchen ceiling. We were able to get everything taken care of over the phone- Jamey came out, inspected, quoted and fixed both pipe breaks so that we could have hot showers when we finally arrived. The price was reasonable and the work was sound. We hope we never have to make use of their services again but we won't have any hesitation to do so if necessary

The Plumber was attentive and explained the process thoroughly. He and his crew were prompt and finished the job in the timeframe he stated. Their work was timely and efficient and they completed the job in one day. He found the leak and got it repaired and floors patched back up all in one day. Phil was awesome and this great service has earned J Rowe Plumbing a permanent customer for my future needs. I would definitely refer Phil and his team!

Wow! Myles and Dalton did a great job! Courteous and professional. They diagnosed the problem causing the leak under our sink and fixed it immediately. Dalton did a courtesy check of the plumbing in the rest of the house as well. Myles made excellent suggestions for future replacement/upgrading of our hot water heater and water pressure regulator. The visit was 45 minutes long and the only charge was for the service call. Fantastic service! This was our third time using J Rowe Plumbing and we will be repeat customers.

I called J Rowe Plumbing for a hot water leak i had. They were so prompt, so professional and located the problem pretty quickly. They were fair, fixed my leak issue and did NOT take advantage of me financially. They came in with a good fix at a reasonable price. I was so stressed but Myles was a calming influence and knows his stuff! Thank you!

Yesterday I saw a plumbing truck 2 houses down and went over and asked the gentleman if he had a card and took the time while working on the other house to ask me some qualifying questions about my issue. The fact he was on another site and didn’t pass me off to just call was impressive and really showed me he takes pride in his job and customers who need help. Told me to call the number and ask for the co-owner Jesse Morales. I called the number and I think the person who answered the call was Jenny (if I am wrong let me know and I will correct). They worked to try and schedule me that day but had to come the following morning between 8am-10am. Showed up on time and even received a text indicating who would be there and they were on their way with a picture of the worker. Fixed our issue within a few hours perfectly, offered a referral for the flooring issue due to the flooding and is sending an estimate for another issue I will need fixed. I cannot express my gratitude other than letting anyone know who needs plumbing work done these are the ones to call!
